Peanut Butter Chickpea Smoothie

Ingredients

  1. Water 118 milliliters
  2. Chickpeas (cooked) 82 grams
  3. Unsweetened Coconut Yogurt 56 grams
  4. 1 Banana
  5. All Natural Peanut Butter 16 grams

Instructions:

Add all ingredients to a blender and blend until smooth. Pour into a glass and enjoy!


Note:

  • Serving Size - One serving equals approximately 1 1/2 cups.
  • Additional Toppings - Blueberries, strawberries, or spinach.
